A pre-requisite of this class is general flexibility (front and middle splits, back and shoulder flexibility and strength) which will assist in unlocking some of the hardest tricks in the pole book.

We encourage all our students to work on unlocking their flexibility goals as early as possible in order to achieve the most difficult pole tricks.

At this level, you will begin to master diverse and flexible tricks such as the Bird of Paradise as well as focus on deadlifting into your Shoulder mounts and Handsprings in order to prepare you for the Iron-X.

The focus of these classes is to get you ready for our Elite level.
