This class is focussed on teaching you a wider range of movement and tricks, combining climbs with inverts in order to prepare you for outside leg hangs and inside leg hangs or hooks.

These hooks will form the basis for the tricks and transitions in the higher-level classes. In this level, you will also learn how to further strengthen your position on the pole with simple Pencil Spins and shapes such as Stargazers, Lay backs and Superman.

Our instructors will guide you through the process and take great care in ensuring you get the best out of every class as you work towards the goals you have set for yourself.
